Alison Desktop can operate with several browsers such as: Internet Explorer, Edge, Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Opera, Brave. It is neccessary to use an updated version of them.

Alison Desktop is compatible with Windows 8+, MacOS (10.13+ High Sierra) and some distributions of Linux.

Even though these are the compatible systems, it should be accessed with the systems supported by the portal or channel of your institution.

Windows: Verify that Alison Desktop is running (the icon should be visible in the Taskbar Notification Area, which can be found by default, in the lower right corner of your computer screen). If it is not there, find Alison Desktop in your applications list and run it.

MacOS: Verify that Alison Desktop is running (the icon should be visible in the Menu Bar, which can be found by default, in the top right area of your computer screen). If it is not there, open the applications "Launcher", find Alison Desktop in your applications list and run it.
